Leigh Ann O’Quinn
Leigh Ann O’Quinn is a mom of two children and the wife of a coach and teacher. She has been formally facilitating training seminars for over two years, focusing on management and leadership skills, as well as communicating and presentation skills. She also started her own event planning business catering to charitable organizations and sporting events. She has organized and managed several golf tournament fundraisers, as well as numerous banquets and reunions.
As a sales representative with Automatic Data Processing, Leigh Ann formed client relationships and trained them on HR software. Within a year, she was promoted to Sales Manager of two sales teams. Shortly after, she became the New Hire Training Manager. Her roles included interviewing and hiring new sales staff, as well as mentoring them for the first six months of their job. Leigh Ann trained new sales staff on the steps of the sale, client relationship building, and product development. She also served as a liaison between management, client services and sales staff communicating needs and concerns from each.
Leigh Ann is a 1996 graduate of Texas A&M University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. She has taught middle school math for 8 years and 4th grade for 2 years in the Dallas area. Her role as teacher and mentor give her opportunities to lead the faculty in several in-service presentations. She became the lead teacher for a newly developed team and served as Student Council and Fellowship of Christian Athletes sponsors during her teaching years.
Leigh Ann has a passion for helping leaders of businesses and organizations become the best they can be for their employees. She uses the experiences of herself and those around her to spur managers on to lead with compassion, confidence, respect and kindness.
